Arrival Day
Arrive in Tel Aviv. You will be greeted by a member of our team and have a personal assistant to walk you through arrivals and baggage claim. Our driver will take you in a private vehicle to your Tel Aviv hotel where your Trip Leaders will be waiting with a warm welcome.
Enjoy a nice dinner, cozy bed and rest up for the adventure ahead.

Champagne Welcome + Surprise Tel Aviv Tour + Chef's Dinner in Local Home
We left plenty of time to sleep in today after your long travels. This afternoon, Michelle + Nelson will host a welcome meeting where you will get to meet your fellow travelers and learn all about the trip plans for the week.
Our signature welcome meetings are always a ton of fun...and yes, bubbly is involved!
Champagne Welcome + Surprise Tel Aviv Tour + Chef's Dinner in Local Home

Get ready for the ultimate experience in Tel Aviv! Today we will join one of our local friends that was born and raised in Israel. She will guide us through the bustling markets for a food tasting tour that is not just fun but eye-opening and sure to have you fall in love with the city.
Experience the vibrant energy as you fill your eyes and nose with the sense of exotic far away lands. Learn the secrets behind the special herb stands, small boutique delis and family run stalls that have been passed on through generations. By the end of the tour, you will have a new found knowledge of of the history of Israel from learning personal stories of each merchant we visit.
The evening is yours to explore the local restaurants, shops and beach .... all walking distance from our hotel. We'll provide you with lots of suggestions. This city truly has something special for every type of traveler.

Today's adventure starts off with a ‘geo-political’ morning near the Gaza Strip (not inside the strip of course.) Meet with local residence, touch on Israel’s advance agro-tech, meet local artists and finish the day off with a debriefing by an army officer. This is an exclusive experience offered only by VIVE's partners and connections with the locals. We offer this incredible opportunity to ask questions and uncover all of the mysteries of this fascinating region of the world.
Enjoy the rest of your day exploring the vibrant markets of Old Jaffa ( the home of Jonah + the Whale! ) The markets have beautiful shops where you can get a custom Mezuzah or Menorah made for your home.
Then wind down on the beautiful beaches of Tel Aviv for sunset.

After breakfast at the hotel we will transfer to Jerusalem with a few fun stops along the way! Test your leadership skills as you try to lead a herd of sheep! Enjoy lunch and a wine tasting at the beautiful winery overlooking the Old City from atop Mount of Olives. We'll also visit the Church & Gardens of Gethsemane, then check in at your luxury hotel in Jerusalem.

Today we will visit the incredible City of David and other historical landmarks including the Site of the Last Supper. For lunch, we'll take a stroll to downtown Jerusalem and sneak in some time for souvenir shopping if you wish!
Tonight we will top off our journey with a special private farewell BBQ dinner combined with musical experience just for our group.
